By signing up for Sidecar, texting our number, or using the portal at portal.sidecarhq.cc, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Sidecar provides an AI-powered SMS back-office for bars and restaurants. This includes but is not limited to: inventory tracking, order drafting, social media content, review response drafts, hiring posts, and demand forecasting. Specific features depend on your plan tier.
Sidecar offers monthly subscription plans billed in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
New customers receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the service. We reserve the right to modify or end trial availability at any time.
You agree not to use Sidecar to:
By texting our number or providing your phone number during signup, you consent to receive SMS messages from Sidecar related to your account and the service. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to Sidecar (bar name, brand voice, business information). Content we generate on your behalf (posts, order drafts, review responses) is yours to use once delivered. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use.
Sidecar is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before sending or publishing them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidecar HQ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the portal at portal.sidecarhq.cc or by emailing ryan@sidecarhq.cc.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active customers of material changes by SMS or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
